BS Honors/Master’s in Business is preferred from a reputable university.
Strong academic background with no “C” grade throughout the educational career.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in regulatory reviews.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to critically evaluate situations, resolve disputes, and manage conflicts.
- Proactive and resourceful in suggesting process improvements.
- Ability to blend effectively with the organizational culture.

โก๏ธ Conduct reviews of policies, programs, manuals, products, and processes in light of SBP regulations, consultative bodies, AAOIFI standards, and internal policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
โก๏ธ Provide opinions on queries from various groups, analyze replies, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
โก๏ธ Review due diligence documents for correspondent banks (CBs) and exchange companies, ensuring compliance with international standards like FATF, Wolfsburg, and SBP regulations.
โก๏ธ Perform annual due diligence on existing CBs/MSBs to mitigate cross-border risks.
โก๏ธ Ensure timely submission of regulatory returns by liaising with internal stakeholders and addressing delays.
โก๏ธ Carry out additional assignments/tasks as assigned by the department head.
