Brief Job Description:
- Help coordinate social media campaigns for various social media platforms to align with marketing strategies.
Implement social media strategies to increase engagement & followers.
- Responding to customer inquiries & comments on social platforms in a timely manner
- Build relationships with online community to increase understanding of MCB products & services.
- Analyze web traffic and relevant community metrics and create reports with project manager
- Relay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service developments, and to ensure brand consistency.
Knowledge and experience:
- A degree in communication, English, journalism, marketing, or related field may be required.
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube is essential.
- 2-3 years’ experience in customer service, sales, or marketing would be considered an asset.
- Ability to discern, communicates, and upholds online community guidelines.
- Experience using social media and digital savviness are both required for this role.
- Written communication skills are integral for this role.
