Job Responsibilities:
• Delivers scripted sales pitch to describe products to persuade potential customers for contribution
· Contacts private individuals and businesses by telephone to solicit sales for services or goods
• Describes services or products along with prices
• Obtains client contact information and enters orders into database
• Adjusts sales scripts to target customer interests for better results
• Answers telephone calls from potential consumers approached through ads
• Schedules sales appointments for representatives to present opportunities to prospective customers
• Conducts market or client surveys to gather data about potential customers
• Contributes to teamwork by achieving relevant results
Requirements:
• BBA / MBA (Marketing) or equivalent in related field
• Understanding of marketing and sales strategies and principles
• 1-2 years’ experience of Tele Sales in Banking / Call Centers etc. (preferred)

• Related work experience in promotions, marketing, telemarketing, or sales
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications
• Previous experience, knowledge, or work-related skills preferred
• Fluency in English and local languages required

Responsibilities
• Generating new product ideas and recipes.
• Modify and improve existing recipes.
• Ensuring that strict hygiene food safety standards are met.
• Identify and choose right products from suppliers.
• Testing and examination of batch samples.
• Develop better methods for food preservation, better storage, better processing, and packaging procedure.
• Develop food quality standards, safety, hygiene regulation, and waste management procedures.
• Coordinate with marketing team for launch of new products.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4- 5 years experience as a Food Technologist or in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in appropriate subject such as food science, dairy engineering or food technology
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Data analytics and good IT skills – Proficiency in Excel.
• Good interpersonal skills, detail oriented, self-motivated and organized

Responsibilities
· Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members at farm.
· Hiring, training, and evaluating employees and taking corrective action when necessary.
· Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
· Ensure proper dispatch of milk and other products as per shop demands.
· Manages the repair and maintenance of machinery, equipment, vehicles, and plant.
· Assist in handling of human resources activities including payroll and personnel database.
· Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
· Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
· Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
Requirements:
· Bachelors / Master’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
· 5-7 years’ experience in admin work, candidate with Dairy Farm experience will be preferred.
· Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
· Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
· Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
