Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring an Area Manager for its Chemicals & Agri Sciences Business based in Kot Adu.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales for the Agri Sciences Business within the designated area, ensuring the achievement of assigned targets by executing Company sales strategies and policies.
- Cultivate and manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle, building a strong farmer network.
- Develop and maintain a database of prospects and customers, leveraging strategic marketing insights and other resources.
- Oversee the sales of agrochemical products and provide after-sales support as required.
- Deliver consultative sales solutions to meet customer needs.
- Establish and nurture a strong dealer network in the designated area.
- Conduct individual and group sales presentations effectively.
- Provide account management for the assigned territory, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer data, forecasts, and reports while keeping track of competitor activities regularly.
- Mentor and guide Field Officers daily, ensuring their development and driving desired sales results.
- Collaborate with agricultural government officials to support business initiatives and compliance.
