Position: Print Designer (Home Textile)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing print designs for home textile products including bedding, curtains, cushions, and related items.
- Create, modify, and finalize design artworks, repeats, and colorways using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Support senior designers in trend research, mood boards, and development of seasonal design concepts.
- Coordinate with merchandising and production teams to ensure designs align with fabric types and printing processes.
- Assist in sample development, strike-offs, and design approval processes.
- Maintain organized records of designs, color standards, and development sheets.
- Ensure design timelines are met while maintaining quality, accuracy, and creativity standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Textile Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Print Designer (home textile preferred).
Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Basic understanding of fabrics, printing techniques, and home textile processes.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks.

Liberty Mills Limited is hiring for the position of Senior Merchandiser (Home Textile).
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete merchandising cycle from product development to shipment execution.
- Coordinate closely with production, dyeing, printing, finishing, and stitching teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Handle buyer communication, order confirmations, follow-ups, and routine updates.
- Prepare costings, maintain order files, update ERP systems, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Monitor order progress, identify potential delays, and proactively resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Sciences, or Supply Chain (preferably Textile).
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in home textile merchandising.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of home textile products and end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Excellent follow-up, coordination, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems for order management.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
