Position: HR Associate (Female)
- Location: Korangi Industrial Area.
- About the Role: Seeking an experienced HR Associate with a background in large Manufacturing / FMCG to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to HR Strategies implementation.
- Assist in HR Operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Resolve Employee Grievances and foster a positive work environment.
- Assist in Performance Management, TNA, and T&D programs.
- Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years of HR experience.
- Knowledge of labor laws, factory compliance, and industrial relations.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, shop-floor environment.
