We are hiring Branch Manager – Lahore
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field. Masters is a plus.
- Proven experience of 5 years or more in a similar role in the retail industry is crucial.
- The candidate must have experience in managing store of the size 7000 to 8000 sqft.
- Strong leadership abilities, effective communication, and ability to identify issues, find solutions, and make quick decisions is crucial in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in using retail management software, point of sale systems, and other relevant technology is crucial.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver top line achievement (monthly target) and Sales Growth, ensuring growth in revenue and customer retention.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance store performance. Deliver and track growth in KPIs.
- Lead, train and develop a high-performing team. Collaborate with HR to deliver people excellence.
- Deliver excellent customer service to enhance customer experience.
- Effectively manage store inventory, conduct Internal Audit. Develop strategies to minimize stock shortages.
- Effectively manage the events (Sales & new launches) & ensure Operational Excellence (Visual Merchandising, Store Experience, Documentation, Risk Management-store safety, cash counter compliances).
