What We’re Looking For:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with CMA / ACCA / MBA.
- Experience: 3-5 years in a relevant role.
Skills & Expertise:
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Financials.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of IAS-16 (Property, Plant & Equipment).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Experience with Oracle Financials Fixed Assets Module is preferred.
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry in the Fixed Assets module.
- Prepare data and reports for monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual closings.
- Tag and update fixed assets registers as per ICAP’s TR-6 requirements.
- Coordinate with departments for accurate capitalization of fixed assets.
- Reconcile the fixed assets sub-ledger with the general ledger.
- Provide necessary data for annual audits and half-yearly reviews, addressing auditors’ queries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies while handling fixed assets.
- Generate reports related to fixed assets as required by management/HOD.
