Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, English, Communications, or a related field.
•Excellent command of written and spoken English.
•Strong attention to detail with impeccable grammar and proofreading skills.
•Creative thinker with the ability to produce engaging and meaningful content.
•Experience in managing digital or intranet portals will be an advantage.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
•Maintain and regularly update content on the HR portal.
•Create and edit posts, announcements, and articles with excellent grammar and clarity.
•Develop engaging post titles, summaries, and detailed content for internal communication.
•Generate new content ideas to enhance the HR portal’s value and user engagement.
•Review and improve existing content to ensure relevance, tone consistency, and accuracy.
•Collaborate with HR team members to ensure timely publishing of content and updates.
•Conduct periodic audits of HR portal content to ensure completeness and accuracy.
