𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:
JS Investments Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manager/Senior Manager Product Structuring to join its Product Structuring team. The selected candidate will assist the HoD in the development, analysis, and enhancement of the company’s fund offerings. The role requires a strong understanding of investment products, keen market awareness, and the ability to support cross-functional coordination across various departments.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Product Strategy: Assist in preparing and coordinating the strategic roadmap for the AMC’s product suite in line with company goals and market dynamics, in collaboration with Investment, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Finance teams.
Product Development: Support the identification of market opportunities and contribute to the conceptualization of innovative mutual fund products that align with investor needs.
Product Positioning: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights for optimal product placement, pricing, and recommendations for product rationalization.
Cross-Functional Support: Assist with feasibility studies, documentation, and coordination for product structuring.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure product documentation and features meet regulatory and internal requirements.
Marketing Collaboration: Coordinate with Marketing and Sales teams by providing relevant data, product details, and support for go-to-market strategies, promotional materials, and communication plans.
Performance Analysis: Assist in monitoring and analyzing product KPIs including revenue generation, profitability, customer satisfaction, and cost metrics to help guide product improvement decisions.
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) will be an added advantage.
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product development, product management, or investment structuring within the financial services or asset management industry.
Strong grasp of mutual fund mechanics, investment structuring, and regulatory frameworks.
