Ismail Industries Limited is looking for an Assistant Manager – Maintenance to ensure smooth, reliable, and efficient plant operations at our Hub facility through effective mechanical maintenance planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead mechanical maintenance teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted plant operations.
• Plan, organize, and monitor preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Ensure availability of critical spare parts and coordinate local spare parts procurement.
• Review equipment performance, analyze recurring faults, and implement long-term corrective actions.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university
• Minimum 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing company
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Sound problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset
