Job Description:
- Process Inspection and large inspectors shift team handling.
- Ensure process and procedures are compliant with the company standards.
- New emerging risk analysis
- Exposure to supplier management.
- Regular GMP audits
- Documentation development & implementation.
- Involved in conducting Line/ process validations/ Qualifications for defined HACCP, Process & Product Specifications.
- Internal and External Audits exposure.
- Train junior level staff for sampling testing; Food Safety Quality Standards and Company Procedures.
- Implement plans and strategies to support provision of safe food products.
- Inspect facilities, equipment, products or production lines to ensure food is prepared according to safety regulations and situational health sections.
Skills:
- Team player, self-motivated and enthusiastic person with ability to think outside the box.
- Statistical hands-on like SPCs, Minitab, Graphing, Trending etc.
- Conflict Management – relevant to process issues.
