We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented professional to lead the sales operations for our Candyland Division in Karachi. The Regional Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, managing a high-performing team, and optimizing distributor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Communicate regional objectives clearly to the team, breaking them down into actionable goals at the area level.
· Drive regional sales efforts to achieve targets, KPIs, and business-building activities, ensuring consistent team performance.
· Provide on-the-job coaching, manage performance, and address skill gaps through targeted training opportunities.
· Contribute towards attaining operational effectiveness & efficiency of Distributors in the Region and assist in managing the relationships with Priority Accounts, Retail & Distributors.
· Align business and people development strategies with national sales goals and organizational objectives.
· Ensure that all the trade programs for priority accounts & wholesale are effectively managed through the Regional Field Sales Force, Identify and negotiate with the high potential Regional Accounts
· Prepare and justify the regional budget for trade and promotional activities, ensuring efficient execution.
· Oversee timely preparation & submission of all documents such as Distributors claims Sales tracking sheets to support smooth operations.
Qualifications:
· At least 7 years of experience in FMCG sales, including 1 year in an RSM role.
· MBA from a reputable institution (experience in confectionery sales is a plus).
