SITUATIONS VACANT: Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions in the Head Office of IPO-Pakistan and its constituent registries/offices as per the following details:

IPO-Pakistan Head Office Islamabad

IP Assistant (IPS-II)
- Number of Posts: 04
- Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
  i. Intermediate with 30 words per minute typing speed.
  ii. IT Diploma holder.
- Age Limit: 18-28 Years
Junior IP Assistant (IPS-III)
- Number of Posts: 07
- Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
  i. Intermediate with 30 words per minute typing speed.

Trade Marks Registry Karachi

Examiner of Trade Marks (IPS-I)
- Number of Posts: 11
- Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
  - 16 years of education with a major in any of the following disciplines: Intellectual Property Rights, Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Commerce, Natural or Social Sciences, or LLB from an HEC recognized university.

How to Apply:

The recruitments will be made in accordance with the Establishment Division’s recruitment policy issued vide O.M. No. 53/1/2008-SP, dated 22nd October, 2014, as amended from time to time.
Only shortlisted applicants will be called for test/interview.
Five years of general age relaxation shall be admissible as per rules. Any other relaxation in age limit will be given as per applicable rules/policy/O.Ms issued by the Establishment Division.
IPO-Pakistan will observe Region Wise Quota Accordingly.
The application form can be filled in directly on the “Online Application Portal” available on the website of IPO-Pakistan (https://careers.commerce.gov.pk/ipo2024).
A fee of Rs. 500/- shall be deposited in the bank account mentioned in the Challan Form. The Challan Form can be downloaded after submission of the online application.
Candidates applying for more than one post will have to apply/pay a fee for each post separately.
Applicants already in Government service may apply through the proper channel and would be required to provide a NOC at the time of the interview.
Applicants shortlisted for the interview shall present their original documents along with a set of attested copies of degrees/certificates issued by HEC/recognized board/university/institute.
Information provided in the application form will be verified, and in case of any false or forged information and fake or bogus documents, IPO-Pakistan reserves the right to cancel candidature at any stage (even after appointment, if so discovered later) and to initiate legal action against the applicants.
IPO-Pakistan reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process in part or whole and to increase or decrease the number of posts as per requirement against any post at any stage without assigning any reason.
No TA/DA will be admissible for the purpose of the test/interview.
Applications on the prescribed format will be submitted only through the “Online Application Form” at IPO-Pakistan’s Job Portal within 20 days from the date of this advertisement.
