POSITION : Manager Fashion Designer – Denim
QUALIFICATION : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
EXPERIENCE : 05 to 08 years of experience in denim creative design.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of denim manufacturing process and industry standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
JOB ROLE BRIEFLY
- This job role requires global visits for Trend analysis.
- Reporting to Head of Product development.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and execute creative concepts.
- Collaborate with product development team to brainstorm new denim design and understand product requirements.
- Create prototypes and samples, and make necessary adjustments.
- Develop and implement creative strategies for denim design.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and marketing from design to finish products.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of denim fabrics, washes, and finishes.
- Ensure designs meet quality, fit, and aesthetic standards to ensure the alignment between creative vision and product execution.
