Position: HCM Consultant
Requirements: Masters degree/BS (preferably MSC- IT/MBA-IT/BS- IT) 8+ years of experience (4 – 5 years of experience of leading a cross functional SAP teams)
Overall Responsibilities
• Minimum of 2 Full Life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP, Recruitment, ONB from planning to configuration through go-live and support.
• Exposure to any of the following a big plus – HR Administration including Workforce Planning, Training / Learning Administration, Qualtrics and HR analytics
• Prior experience with SAP-HCM application would be an added advantage.
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Excellent Analytical and Communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
• Integration support skills between SF and SAP
• Knowledge/experience of LMS validation process
Technical/Functional Skills and Expectations:-
• SAP Success Factors PMGM/SP/COMP/EC certification/skills.
• Must have SAP certification.
