ABOUT JOB ROLE: ilaan.com is looking to hire a skilled professional for its ‘Area Sales Executive (#realestate) position in our #Classified Department.
The applicant selected for this position will be tasked with establishing, maintaining and expanding the company’s client base while fulfilling the needs of existing clients, business needs and managing/coaching the assigned team while ensuring that all company policies and procedures are adhered to.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible to deal with real estate agencies onboarding in the region.
· Establishing, maintaining and expanding a dealer network while fulfilling the needs of existing clients.
· Planning, preparing and executing promotions and associated sales of company services.
· Working with the team to achieve sales performance targets of the designated region and delivering on key performance indicators
· Developing and implementing sales strategies and conducting analyses of sales activities against goals by compiling and analyzing sales figures
· Assisting in developing a long-term sustainable business by developing long-term strategic partnerships
· Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing or a related field
· Experience: 2 years in Real estate market (Dealer Network)
· Excellent communications, team management and sales management skills
