Highpoint Ventures (Pvt) Ltd. (Hopscotch & Carom) operating since 2014, having a presence in the major cities of Pakistan, is looking for an “Area Sales Manager” to join its Retail team.
Job Description:
Lead and manage retail sales operations across assigned stores in Central Punjab.
Achieve sales targets and drive growth for Hopscotch and Carom brands.
Supervise, train, and motivate store teams to ensure high performance.
Ensure consistent brand standards and exceptional customer experience.
Monitor KPIs, analyze sales trends, and implement corrective actions.
Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree
5 years of retail sales experience, with minimum 2–3 years in area/regional management.
Experience in fashion/apparel retail required.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region
