Herbion Pakistan is looking for “Finance Officer / Executive” (Karachi based).
Education: BBA-MBA Finance
Experience: 1-3 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- To prepare individual expenses sheets of location on specified format
- To verify cash book expenses with supporting documents and raise queries where necessary
- To present details to manager after verification
- To prepare consolidated sheet for payments and present it to manager
- To record cash book expenses in SAP
- To verify vendor’s invoices and forward to manager for payments
- To record vendor’s invoices in SAP
