Position: Line Supervisor – Can Line
Job Responsibilities:
- Set performance goals and deadlines for the can line, aligning them with the company’s vision, and communicate effectively.
- Ensure the execution of can line production adheres to the production plan.
- Achieve 100% yield and maximize efficiency with zero downtime on the can line.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Standards on the can line.
- Plan resources for the can line to avoid unplanned overtime and optimize operations.
- Operate can line machines during operator absence and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Monitor employee productivity on the can line, provide constructive feedback, and resolve complaints.
- Record incidents, maintain timekeeping, and ensure accurate personnel records for the can line team.
- Prepare performance reports specific to the can line and recommend rewards or promotions based on performance.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company policies for the can line and take disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Able to perform Maintenance by hand where required
Job Requirements:
- DAE Mechanical/Mechatronics.
- 6-8 years experience in Beverages/FMCG.
- Good technical expertise and knowledge of Filler, Seamer machine Maintenance and Operation.
