Job Requirements:
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in material planning and warehouse operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially in data formulas and reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience with SAP is mandatory
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Job Description: Planning Executive is responsible for but not limited to:
- Develop and maintain material requirement plans based on sales forecasts, production schedules, and inventory levels.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials to avoid production delays.
- Monitor inventory movements and reconcile physical vs. system stock (SAP) for accuracy.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to manage stock levels and replenishments.
- Generate stock reports, aging reports, and consumption analysis using SAP and Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Assist in monthly and quarterly stock audits and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain master data in SAP related to materials, suppliers, and stock movement.
- Continuously improve planning and warehouse processes through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
