Food Links International Pvt Ltd Jobs Accounts & Finance Officer:

Food Links International is looking to hire Accounts & Finance Officer for their head-office located at Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

1. To Issue sales tax invoices on daily basis from SAP.
2. To generate daily official sales challan, ensure every mentioned detail must be correct i.e. to confirm the right quantity, check delivery, maintain proper invoicing, and coordinate with sales team to ensure the concerned challan is delivered to the sales person after the delivery.
3. Generate month end summary of tax inflow and outflow and inform it timely to the head of finance.
4. Update FBP portal on monthly basis.
5. Maintain credit card transactions.
6. Verify vendor payments and freight charges.
7. Assist in calculating annual income tax. Prepare file of all the necessary documents.
8. Reconciling daily, weekly or monthly stock.
9. Prepare financial reports on monthly basis.
10. Prepare company’s staff salaries.
11. Maintain record entries of all employees’ salary, and avoid duplication and calculate accurate commissions.
12. Monitor all outgoing payments.
13. Keep inventory control, count on hand inventory to ensure the quantity matches with the system.
14. Main account receivable and account payable.
15. Record or follow-up recoveries and tax challan against sales.

Key Requirements:

1. Qualification required is MCOM or MBA in Finance.
2. Must have 3-4 years of relevant working experience.
3. Must possess good teamwork and analytical skills.
