Key Responsibilities:
Supervising Irrigation Projects: Ensure that irrigation systems are properly designed, installed, and maintained for optimal water distribution to plants, crops, or landscapes.
Monitoring System Performance: Oversee the daily operations of irrigation equipment, ensuring systems function efficiently and effectively.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Identify issues in the irrigation system and ensure regular maintenance is performed to prevent system malfunctions.
Team Management: Supervise the work of irrigation technicians, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and that all tasks are completed on time.
Budgeting and Resource Management: Manage resources and budget allocated to irrigation projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness in water use and equipment maintenance.
Training and Development: Train new staff on the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
