FF Steel, a leading Grade 60 Steel Bars manufacturer, having large-scale production units in Lahore & Peshawar is seeking applications from talented, passionate and energetic professional for their HR Department.
Position: Senior Executive (Training & Development)
Salary: PKR 40,000/- to 50,000/-(along with fringe benefits) Job Location: Head Office, Peshawar
BBA / MBA (HRM) having 3-5 years of experience in the same capacity. The incumbent will be responsible for end to end process management of training & development programs. Job responsibilities include TNA, preparing training plans and schedules, coordination with internal & external stakeholders, presentation & course development, monitor and evaluate training & development programs, continually search for new training & development initiative & record keeping etc.
