Fatima Group is hiring for Mechanical Engineer at Fatima Energy Limited. The ideal candidate should have the following:
Qualification: B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering from HEC recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 02 years of experience at power plant or fertilizer industry.
Location: Sanawan, Kot Addu
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the mechanical maintenance work as per prescribed procedures, techniques and instructions given in the respective Operation & Maintenance manuals (OEM) of equipment, safely and efficiently. All activities shall be carried out to meet world class standards of reliability.
· Supervise the activities and work of the team members to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems.
· Develop and promote a condition based preventive maintenance culture on day to day basis by conducting troubleshooting and root cause analyses, finding solutions to reduce reactive maintenance.
