Currently we are looking for sparkling individual to fill the following position:
OFFICE ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE
We are seeking an Office Administration Executive who will handle front desk operations, provide administrative support, manage purchases, and liaise with vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain front desk security and visitor logbook.
- Manage all forms of correspondence, respond to phone calls, and receive and welcome visitors.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage purchases, maintain office supplies and stationery, and ensure timely availability of required items.
- Liaise and negotiate with vendors/service providers for procurement and office needs.
- Support HR and Admin functions (record keeping, filing, documentation).
- Assist in facility management (housekeeping, maintenance, vendor coordination).
- Prepare reports, draft letters, and perform general clerical duties.
| Qualification | : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. |

| Experience | : 1-3 years of experience in administration, procurement, or a receptionist role. |

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
We are seeking an Account Executive who will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate and timely accounting operations in accordance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions (vouchers, invoices, receipts, payments).
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and maintain ledgers.
- Assist in financial statements preparation and reporting.
- Support audits by providing required documentation.
- Assist in facility management (housekeeping, maintenance, vendor coordination).
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent. Gender: Male Experience: Fresher or 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel. Experience with SAP/accounting software will be an advantage. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. AUDIT EXECUTIVE
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Audit Executive with proven experience in internal or external auditing, accounting, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Review financial records, systems, and processes to identify risks, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors during audit cycles.
- Support management in strengthening internal controls and risk management.
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Gender: Male. Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant audit experience. Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls, and financial regulations. Proficiency in MS Office and accounting/audit software.
