Electro Polymers Pvt Ltd Jobs Assistant Manager Supply Chain:

Electropolymers Pvt Ltd. is hiring an Assistant Manager Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:

. Track, receive, and manage inbound and outbound orders to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent overstocking and out-of-stock situations.
. Direct workers to conduct physical stock counts and reconcile actual stock with ERP records on a weekly basis.
. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including transfers and cycle counts.
. Develop and implement inventory control systems and practices for the Inventory Warehouse.
. Lead monthly closing activities for both Inventory and Finished Goods warehouses.
. Ensure proper updating of bin cards, item tagging, and aisle management.
. Notify the procurement team to replenish inventory items below safety stock levels and adjust schedules for items nearing maximum inventory levels.
. Coordinate with the Production department regarding daily issuances and resolve any related issues.
. Monitor goods flow and enforce the first-in-first-out (FIFO) method effectively.

Requirements:

. MBA in Supply Chain.
. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Proficiency in MS Office.
