ASSISTANT MANAGER – HR OPERATION
LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, HEAD OFFICE, NORTH NAZIMABAD KARACHI
JOB SUMMARY:
The Assistant Manager – HR Operations is responsible for supporting in day-to-day HR operational activities, ensuring smooth HR service delivery across the hospital. The role supports employee lifecycle, employee records management, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR policy implementation while maintaining alignment with hospital standards and labor laws.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare payroll and Coordinate with audit and finance teams for smooth payroll processing.
- Support daily HR operations including employee documentation, HRIS updates, and personnel file management.
- Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies, procedures, and SOPs across hospital departments.
- Support HR Ops manager in implementation of Flow HCM.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Support HR audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital regulations, and HR policies.
- Prepare HR reports including headcount, attrition, recruitment status, and HR metrics.
- Assist management in HR planning and workforce analytics.
- Address employee queries related to compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
- Verify attendance, overtime, and deductions before payroll processing.
- Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCES:
- HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management.
- Flow HCM / HRIS System Handling.
- Payroll Coordination & HR Documentation.
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees and management.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Working Experience: 4 to 6 years of HR experience preferably in healthcare or hospital sector.
