WE ARE HIRING! Assistant Manager – Procurement
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source food-based raw materials, goods, and services to support production and operational needs.
- Manage the full procurement cycle, including vendor identification, negotiation, contract management, and order fulfillment.
- Ensure all procurement activities are routed through proper protocols, in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and delivery schedules.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in food-based or FMCG industries.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing food-based raw materials, both locally and internationally.
