Job Description:
- Exploring new product development and line extension in existing products
- Conduct test protocols and procedures for product evaluation
- Sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting R&D data
- Basic knowledge of food technology, food safety, hygienic engineering
- Knowledge of GMP and FSSC standard and compliance
- Product sensory
- Knowledge of CI methodologies
