Cotton Web Limited is hiring : HOD (Industrial Engineering)
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our Industrial Engineering Department as an HOD. The role is responsible for preparing and managing the CAPEX budget, overseeing project execution, and driving capacity enhancement while ensuring continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Qualification & Experience:
The candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in textile engineering, an MBA, or any other relevant degree. The candidate must have a minimum of 8–10 years of relevant experience.
Requirements:
- Prepare and manage annual CAPEX budgets aligned with capacity and layout requirements.
- Determine production manpower requirements in coordination with HR, considering cost per piece and productivity benchmarks.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to reduce SAM, improve productivity, and align with industry trends.
- Provide hands-on leadership in capacity enhancement, layout management, project execution, and CAPEX planning.
- Review monthly and daily production plans to identify gaps and drive corrective actions with relevant HODs.
