JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Delivering CHASE UP customers a delightful shopping experience and maintaining excellent relationship with them.
- Responsible for overall department’s sales and inventory management with minimal shrinkage.
- Forecasting seasonal sales requirements; keeping record of sales on daily basis, and reordering inventory efficiently.
- Responsible for training, coaching, and developing sales team of grocery department.
- Achieving sales targets as assigned on quarterly basis.
- Constant market sensing about new product line or category and reporting to management with creative ideas that contributes to enhance department’s sales.
EXPERIENCE:
- 5-7 Years in Grocery Store / Retail Super Mart.
EDUCATION:
- Minimum Graduate.
