Asst. MANAGER DIGITAL MARKETING
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As an AM Digital Marketing, you would be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement and manage all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email campaigns, social media, and display advertising, to drive traffic and engagement across our website and social media platforms.
- Design and oversee all aspects of the digital marketing department, ensuring the effective execution of marketing database management, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Strategically plan and manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across different channels to maximize ROI.
- Partner with the Creative Designer to develop content tailored for each stage of the customer’s digital journey, ensuring relevance and impact.
- Plan, manage, and optimize the organization’s social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Measure and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing outcomes against set goals to inform future strategies.
- Work closely with other departments to create social media timelines aligned with new product launches, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to maintain consistent branding across all digital touchpoints.
- Create and execute targeted email blast campaigns and nurture customer segments to drive engagement and conversions.
- Compile and report departmental KPIs every month, highlighting the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Undertake ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned to support the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Prepare monthly digital presentations showcasing performance metrics and campaign effectiveness (local only).
- Manage community engagement both locally and globally, ensuring active and positive interactions.
- Oversee and execute PR activities locally and globally, managing the brand’s public relations strategy effectively.
- Lead the social media presence during viral events, ensuring consistent and impactful communication.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BBA/MBA – Marketing
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing roles, hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and social media.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
