BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co, is looking for a “Paint Lab Incharge” in their Customer First Department.
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Commerce or equivalent
Experience:
2 – 5 years of practical knowledge of paint, including paint matching.
Location: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad
This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our paint lab by overseeing the procurement, storage, and issuance of automotive paints. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of paint materials, inventory management, and safety regulations relevant to chemical handling in an industrial environment.
Responsibilities include sourcing and procuring high-quality paint and related materials in line with production requirements, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and ensuring safe and compliant storage. The incumbent will also be responsible for tracking usage, issuing paint as per job orders, and coordinating with production and quality departments to meet project timelines and standards.
This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively. Prior experience in a similar role within the automobile or manufacturing industry is preferred.
