We’re Hiring – HubSpot CRM Expert (Project-Based Role)
Beaconhouse National University (BNU) is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented HubSpot CRM Expert to support a time-sensitive project-based assignment. This role will involve optimizing and managing our HubSpot environment to ensure data integrity, automation efficiency, and customized reporting structures tailored to institutional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management & Configuration.
- Import, clean, and configure raw data within HubSpot CRM.
- Design and implement automation workflows for improved process efficiency.
- Create and manage custom properties, segments, and reports to track key engagement metrics.
- Develop documentation for workflows, processes, and configurations to ensure long-term clarity and consistency.
- Technical Oversight & Troubleshooting.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve CRM-related technical issues.
- Stay updated on new HubSpot features and advise on their potential utility within the project scope.
- Ensure accurate data mapping and compliance with best practices for data hygiene.
Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data flow requirements and support alignment.
- Deliver training and provide ongoing support to internal users on HubSpot’s tools and functionalities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a HubSpot Administrator or Specialist.
- Strong command of HubSpot CRM configuration, automation, reporting, and data imports.
- Experience developing and maintaining CRM structures that support operational workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to manage CRM data integrity and troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
