BachaaParty is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of Store Manager.
Responsibilities:
o Develop and implement strategies to maximize store revenue.
o Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
o Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify growth opportunities.
o Ensure a premium shopping experience for customers.
o Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
o Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints efficiently.
o Train and motivate store staff to ensure top performance.
o Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
o Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with SOPs.
o Maintain store records, sales reports and performance analytics.
o Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
o Minimum 6-8 years of experience in fashion retail brands.
o Strong knowledge of visual merchandising and customer service best practices.
o Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a results-driven approach.
o Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and inventory management tools.
