BachaaParty is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of ๐๐ซ๐จ๐๐ฎ๐๐ญ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ ๐ง๐๐ซ (๐ฑ๐๐๐๐๐๐, ๐ฏ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐, ๐ฉ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ & ๐ฏ๐๐๐ ๐จ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Create innovative and original designs for jewelry, handbags, backpacks, and hair accessories.
o Develop sketches, renderings, and prototypes to bring new ideas to life.
o Utilize Adobe Illustrator to create detailed designs and technical drawings.
o Conduct market research to identify current trends and consumer preferences.
o Analyze competitors and stay updated on industry developments to ensure designs are current and competitive.
o Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand customer needs and incorporate feedback into designs.
o Ensure that all designs meet the companyโs quality standards and specifications.
REQUIREMENTS:
o Bachelorโs degree in Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or a related field. Candidates with relevant design courses or certifications will also be considered.
o Proven experience in designing jewelry, handbags, backpacks, and hair accessories.
o Experience working with a company that produces these types of products is preferred.
o Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is must.
o Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
