𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
𝐨 Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
𝐨 Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign budget management.
𝐨 Monitor and optimize campaign performance by analyzing key metrics, including ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
𝐨 Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and Google Merchant Center.
𝐨 Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
𝐨 Analyze website traffic and user behavior through Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, providing actionable insights and performance reports.
𝐨 Execute lead generation, remarketing, CRM audience segmentation, and email marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
𝐨 Collaborate with the Creative and Content teams to develop compelling, high-performing marketing assets.
𝐨 Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to continuously enhance campaign performance.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
𝐨 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
𝐨 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
𝐨 Practical experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, with proficiency in GA4, GTM, Google Merchant Center, and Microsoft Clarity.
𝐨 Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
𝐨 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
