Urgently looking for a MIDDLE LEVEL resource for our HR & INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS Function located at our Factory in Hub, Balochistan with the following pre-requisites:
Qualification: MBA / MPA with majors/specialization in Human Resource Management from a reputable business institute/university. An LLB degree will be an added advantage.
Experience: 07-10 years of relevant work experience of handling HR / Labor related issues at the Factory / Plant, in any reputable process industry.
Age: up to 35 years
Should possess excellent communication & computer skills with working knowledge of labor laws / service agreements.
