𝐎𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐭 Appedology is looking for a Assistant Manager Learning & Development to join our team (Night Shift). 1- Assistant Manager Learning & Development: https://hrm.appedology.pk/recruitment/Careers/job/5my08gw Job Description: -Be responsible to deliver on key goals and objectives for the site and contribute to the overall success of the organization. -Partner with the training team and site leadership to understand strategic areas of focus including those within Growth Plans, skill gaps, etc. -Support frontline leadership training and development in partnership with the core team. -Facilitate other training as necessary. Requirements: Flexible to work fixed night shifts. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business is preferred. Prior experience of 2-3 years in the relevant job role. Good knowledge of HRM practices and systems. Strong multitasking, time management, and target-achieving skills.
