WE ARE HIRING STRATEGIC RECRUITER
Department: Strategic Recruitment Cell – OHCM
The University of Management and Technology (UMT) invites applications for a high-impact role within its Strategic Recruitment Cell at the Office of Human Capital Management (OHCM).
We’re seeking a proactive, research-driven, digitally savvy recruiter to build pipelines and lead outreach for senior and leadership roles—including Deans, Directors, and other key academic & administrative positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage leadership-hiring pipelines.
- Leverage LinkedIn, Indeed, and other hiring platforms to source and engage top talent.
- Run targeted outreach campaigns and passive-talent mapping.
- Partner with senior leadership to align searches with strategic needs.
- Drive employer branding to position UMT as an employer of choice.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR/Business (or related).
- Proven experience in executive/strategic hiring.
- Strong command of professional networking tools and talent databases.
- Excellent stakeholder management, research, and communication skills.
- Data-driven, self-starter mindset.
- Minimum 10 years of related experience.
