Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya is recruiting a candidate for Receivable Officer – (E-commerce) for Accounts & Finance department at Head Office, Karachi. Candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the receivables process for e-commerce transactions. This role ensures accurate and timely recording of payments, reconciliation of accounts, and compliance with tax regulations.
Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Experience:- Proven experience in accounts receivable, e-commerce, or a similar role.
Job Description:-
– Manage E-Commerce receivables with accuracy.
– Review and circulate accurate online receivable ageing with management and internal stakeholders
– Assist in monthly closing activities related to E-Commerce considering target deadlines
– Daily postings and maintain record of amount received from Courier Companies / online market places and clear individual orders.
– Arrange and post invoices from Courier Companies/online market places after proper scrutiny on timely basis
– Ensure Tax Compliances pertains to E-Commerce transactions
– Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting
– Provide support during audits and resolve any discrepancies.
– Co-ordination with Courier companies and internal stake holders with reference to disputed orders
– Act as a point of contact for e-commerce receivable-related queries and issues.
