ETL/Data Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Work on Big data platforms like Greenplum, Click house, Hadoop etc.
  • Build and maintain ETL pipeline using PySpark.
  • Airflow Build predictive data models using ApacheML, PySpark MLLib Use our BI tool for visualization (Similar to PowerBI and Tableau) Write SQL queries for Data analytics and knowledge discovery.
  • Write scripts for analytics and Exploratory Data Analysis using Python, JavaScript and Dotnet.
  • Occasional use of Apache Superset for visualization.
  • Work on Diverse data sets such as Telecom data, IoT data, Business Processes data etc.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • BS/MS in Data science, Computer science, Telecom/Electrical Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience of working in key requirement mentioned above.
  • An interest in application in one of the following domains Telecom, IoT and ERP solutions Background/knowledge in Telecom Engineering would be a big plus (Not a mandatory requirement).
  • 3+ years of experience in designing, building, and deploying production-level data pipelines using tools from Hadoop stack.
  • Comfortable developing applications that make extensive use of Hive/Impala, HBase, Oozie, Spark, NiFi, Apache Beam, Apache Airflow etc.
