Position: “Customer Service Executive” (Female)
Location: Karachi (Head Office)
Education: Candidate should be MBA in Supply Chain from renowned university.
Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably from Logistics Industry. Fresh candidate can also apply.

Requirement: Candidate must have good command on MS Office; exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; Must be energetic and self- motivated to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling Shipments of different sector products.
• Negotiating tariff with pricing department.
• Follow ups from operation department to facilitate customers.
• Provide solutions and fastest action on customer complaints
• Timely action on customer comments and feedback received through customer feedback forms
