Agility Pakistan Jobs Accounts Executive:
We are looking for Accounts Executive for our Head Office.
Qualification | Experience:
Candidate should be Part Qualified ACCA. Having two years experience in accounts and finance.
Candidate having knowledge of Warehousing Service and Transportation Tax would be preferable. Proficient with MS Excel.
Responsibilities:
Invoice Generation of both Division WH & RM.
Credit Notes Generation of Both Division WH & RM.
Cost recording of Both Division WH & RM.
Rate sheets updates of Both Division WH & RM.
Follow up with KAMS for month end invoicing generation and revenue accruals recording.
Follow up with operation for GPR Recording with accurate in each profit centers.
Receipt Recording.
Monthly Cost Schedule.
Preparation of Sales Tax Out Report of both divisions WH & RM.
Assist in Monthly Revenue Analysis.
Assist in Monthly Cost Analysis.
Assist in Monthly Closing.
Assist in Audit.
