Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Quality & HSE to develop and update company QHSE policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage quality control, inspection processes and procedures to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction as per group guidelines.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of all production processes, identifying and addressing non-conformance issues promptly and efficiently.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends and patterns, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality problems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a management role, preferably
within a foundry production environment, with a strong focus and
knowledge of quality control. - Proven track record of leading and motivating a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
