Dr. Ziauddin Group of Hospitals and Universities is hiring for “Assistant Manager Business Development“ based at Head office, Karachi.
Job Summary:
To increase sales, achieve given targets & perform Business Development activities for assigned departments.
Responsibilities:
· Give input in assigned targets & their executability.
· Visit to doctors & consultant for developing business.
· Establish long term relationship with internal & external doctors.
· Achieve targets set up on periodic manner & give inputs of deviations.
· Deliver communication from targeted doctors to the hospital for improvement of services & products of hospital.
· Offer best negotiated prices to doctors.
· Suggest new avenues to improve revenues & profitability.
· Submit reports of daily visits & coordination.
· Support the team & act as a back up to other departmental functions.
· Provide input in devising quarterly & monthly plan of targets.
Other Requirements:
Experience: 3 -4 years
Educations: Minimum Bachelors (Science/Business), preferably Masters.
Knowledge & Competencies:
· Orientation towards medical field especially different kinds of tests.
· Relationship building, dedication & focus approach.
