TATA PAKISTAN is looking for Jr. Manager By Product, having expertise in following:
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor quality of all the meat Byproducts.
- Ensure food safety and enforce pre-designed food safety standards.
- Prepare weekly schedule of staff to smoothly complete the slaughtering processes.
- Control the pace of production to avoid the in-process spoilage and Quality Losses.
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Maintain inventory levels of all the articles as per defined Min/Max Levels.
- Monitor productivity rates and product standards to manage the process flow.
Required Qualification: Matriculation and Above
Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a meat cutter
