JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Creating and processing invoices
- Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
- Working with vendors on overdue payments
- In house technical staff payments & attendance management.
- Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable
- Sending bills and invoices to corporate clients
- Managing date for monthly & yearly taxation & audits
- Tracking organization expenses
- Processing refunds
- Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s in Commerce.
- Minimum 1-year proven experience as Accounts Officer.
- Adept computer skills and proficiency using programs like QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Advanced math skills to keep accurate records and supervise the bookkeeping of an organization
- Attention to detail for ensuring the accuracy of a company’s records and invoices.
