Pak Petrochemical Industries Private Limited, a pioneer largest manufacturer and exporter of supreme quality polystyrene resin in Pakistan, is looking for a self-driven and result-oriented professional for a contractual job located in Karachi.
Site Supervisor – Civil Works
Role & Responsibilities:
- Supervise all civil construction works by contractors or laborers according to the timelines, design drawings, BOQs, and other technical requirements.
- Undertake technical assessment and ensure the accuracy of quantity and quality as per required technical specifications.
- Conduct site inspection on daily basis to follow up on the progress and share a project progress report with authorities.
- Ensure construction material safety and keep a record of utilization for proper check and balance.
- Produce work completion reports in a phase manner along with verification of contractor’s bills for payments.
- Identify and evaluate the risks and possible threats associated with construction activities and take appropriate action to control the risks.
Job Requirement:
Education: B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or similar education in a related field. Experience: 03 – 05 years of relevant work experience.
The ideal candidate for aforesaid position must be a team player with good communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
